About the project
Kaia is the boldest gesture in the portfolio — twin towers joined by a flowing, sculptural podium that seems to pour between them. At dusk, layered lighting turns the façade into a landmark.
Accurex steered the project through its complex geometry, managing design coordination and construction to protect both the vision and the programme.
