About the project
Al Owais Residence is a private villa in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, where Accurex is responsible for the design and execution of the landscape and pool scope. The works include a swimming pool, seating areas, softscape and hardscape, irrigation, lighting and feature elements across an approximately 5,000 square metre plot.
We manage the scope from design coordination through construction, keeping the pools, planting, hardworks and feature elements aligned with the architecture and the client’s expectations.
